I love eggs in all ways, shapes and forms — especially quiches and breakfast casseroles and souffles. But I guess my favorite is a sandwich of an over-easy egg on toast with a thin scraping of mayo, a VERY thin piece of swiss cheese and a sprinkle of garlic powder, where one has to bend over the plate as the golden yolk runs all over the place. Mmmmmm…

Eggs… Yummy. Raw eggs in cookie dough? Not nearly scary enough to keep me from eating it (or letting my kids have a bite or two). Personal preference? Spinach, mushroom and cheese omelet or over easy with toast to dip in the yolk.

Oh yes, we eat the raw homemade dough. There are so few vices left anymore, I will not give that one up.
I’m a busy girl & like my eggs hard boiled, although those casseroles look awesome.

We are making a yummy egg salad for lunch – with lettuce and bacon slices on whole wheat. With a little bit of honey mustard dressing on the bread. SO GOOD!
