What?! Huh? Okay then!

When I realized that my three week EA Sports Active update was due today, I panicked a bit.

Why?

Well, because everything is going really well. Peachy, even. I’m loving the workouts. I look FORWARD to the workouts. On the days during which I’m encouraged to rest, I actually go in and work out anyway. I’m a superstar! A superstar who works out. A superstar who works out Every Day! Pass the peas!

My favorite exercises: I’m loving anything that involves me punching the hell out of a bag or hitting a ball.

The one thing I still can’t do correctly: Picking up the basketball. You have to pick up the ball before you can throw it at a target. For some mixed up reason, I have trouble picking up the ball. (Perhaps this is the Sports Active way to keep me humble.)

Funny side story: When it’s time to do the slow high knees on the track (think marching with a swagger), Meredith thinks they’re telling me to do something with my Slow Hiney. And it cracks her up to no end.

And finally, get this. My waist? Two inches smaller. My hips? One inch smaller. My bust? One inch smaller. (Yep. Whoops.) My weight has not changed a bit, but I’m definitely shmooing into a different size!

In other words, although I sincerely doubt I succeed in my original goal to lose six pounds before the thirty days are up, I’m definitely having fun and seeing results. I’ll be back next week with my final recap!

(This is where I grunt and give you a mighty high five, because I’ve been working out every day for 21 days!)

    Way2Go! I worked out two days in a row this week. And now I’m eating cake.
